But here's the shift: innovation no longer depends on a static org chart. Today, it happens in fluid networks. Collaborators might include a few trusted peers, a rotating cast of project partners, or even AI tools acting as creative co-pilots.
What matters most isn’t the structure—it’s the mindset. Whether I’m working with a strategist in another time zone or prompting Claude to unpack a market insight, I’m focused on shared goals, creative exploration, and building clarity from complexity.

My path into AI-driven strategy didn’t start with a master plan. It started with curiosity.
At first, I used AI to speed up content production. But soon, it became clear that the bigger opportunity wasn’t in doing more—it was in thinking differently. AI opened up new ways to research markets, build personas, test ideas, and synthesize insight at scale.
That shift changed everything. I moved from executing programs to shaping strategies that drive growth—and I haven’t looked back. Even more exciting, this pivot has helped reshape how our agency is scaling in 2025 and beyond. We’re blending classic marketing rigor with the latest tools to uncover new possibilities for clients.

I’m the Director of AI at a talent network (aka "digital agency") where I help brands grow with clarity and speed by combining human insight with advanced AI. Whether we’re developing messaging architectures, refining go-to-market strategies, or using meta-prompts to accelerate research—my goal is to help teams think smarter, execute faster, and scale what works.
Why AI? A Lifelong Learner Finds Her Next Chapter
I’ve always been a “learn-it-all”—restless, curious, and ready for what’s next. At one point, I needed something to re-ignite my excitement for the work. AI became that spark. What started as tool testing became a full career evolution. AI didn’t just make me more efficient—it challenged me to ask better questions, explore new territory, and see patterns I might’ve missed. It reawakened a strategic side of me I hadn’t used in a while—and made me love this field even more.
